Return, Refund & Order Policy

At ahlwovip, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review the following policies carefully before making a purchase.

🕑 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly delayed
  • Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

  • If the order has not yet been processed, a full refund will be issued
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled
  • In such cases, you may request a return after delivery

⏲️ Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).

  • Items must be shipped back within 30 days after return approval
  • All items must be returned in one single shipment

  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos (if item is damaged or defective)

⚠️ Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted

✅ Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet ALL of the following:

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • Include all accessories and documentation
  • No visible signs of wear
  • Returned within the approved timeframe

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We do not provide return shipping labels
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in defective cases)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • You will receive an email confirmation once completed

Refund includes:
✔ Product price
✔ Standard shipping fee (only if item is defective or incorrect)

Refund does NOT include:
✘ Return shipping costs
✘ Express or premium shipping fees

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

  • Items show signs of use or damage
  • Missing original packaging or accessories
  • Return sent without approval
  • Return request is made outside the allowed timeframe
  • If a return is rejected, the customer must arrange pickup at their own expense.
