Does this camera need a power outlet?
The AJ19-WIFI uses a rechargeable battery and a separately mounted solar panel to help replenish the charge in suitable sunlight. The solar panel connects to the camera by cable. Charging performance depends on weather, position and camera activity, so don't assume it will run indefinitely without adequate sunlight.
Which Wi-Fi network does it support?
The supplied product guide specifies 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only, not 5GHz-only Wi-Fi. Check the signal at your planned installation point. This Wi-Fi version does not provide cellular 4G service for locations without compatible Wi-Fi.
Can I watch the camera while I'm at work?
With the camera properly connected to the supported network and app, you can view the feed remotely from a compatible device. Internet access and appropriate app permissions are needed for remote viewing.
Does it support both black-and-white and color night viewing?
